As of spring 2024, FMF has discontinued their mufflers and header pipes for the 2008-2020 Yamaha WR250R/X. Yoshimura is about the last company making an exhaust system for the Yamaha WR250R. The WR250R/X could use better low end power. That's why our favorite header for the bike is the FMF MegaBomb. Combined with the popular FMF Q4 muffler, it will improve power across the full powerband (especially low to mid-range), improve throttle response, and even make the bike sound better. The MegaBomb header features stainless steel construction and is made in the USA.
